Final cut pro - how to do this reel effect by using FCP?

As the title, I tried to create a gaussian layer to cover the text but it's a plain way.

Does anyone know how to do this? It's just like a transparent reel slowly close and the text gradually shows up.

Is it possible to make by simply using FCP or I need to download other software?

1:08~1:10, at the corner of lower left.

Thank you, I achieved that by using the Shape Mask, and adjust the size with keyframe.

I don't know whether FCP X can create that particular look automatically but there are some titles which may give a suitably similar effect.

Look at the Blur, Fade, Move, Slide Reveal and Subtle titles and think about reversing them.

The only way I can see of getting the exact effect would involve masking and keyframing the title.
