Mail program delaying displaying email content in right hand preview pane. Headers/BCC/CC are displayed, but it can take 30 seconds to a minute before the content appears.

mail app select Mail>Preferences>Privacy
You can try disabling—
• “Protect Mail Activity” /
• “Hide IP address” /
• “Block all remote content”
