I brought a iphone xr from spectrum several years back..and it was paid off. When i first got it there was something wrong with it and they told me to go to Apple and I was given a new one . Now I need the IME number of that phone. Is there a way to get that.

If you need the IMEI of the old iPhone you traded in, I'm afraid it can't be done.
If you need the IMEI of the new iPhone you received, you can find it in Settings > General > About > IMEI
