Deleted apps still appears on my iPhone

The apps that you deleted did not delete the app DATA, which continues to be updated as long as the accounts: contacts, calendars, notes, mail etc are still installed on your phone. The apps just present data that is already present because it is synced to the servers that host those accounts. Go to Settings/Mail/Accounts and you will see the accounts that host the data for each of those apps. You can tap on each account and delete it from your phone.

OK, I understand. Are you sure they were removed from your device, and not just from the Home Screen? Do they show up in your App Library? Swipe all the way to the right, then search for them there.

Can you click on the apps that should have been deleted? What does it look like? Can you see the delete button?

Additionally, I noticed you had this issue a few months ago in this thread. Have you updated your iPhone to the latest version (iOS 15.6)?

Try restarting iPhone. Is this your iCloud usage, cellular usage, or storage usage?

That's an interesting issue, to be sure. I'm afraid the only advice I can offer you is to back up iPhone and restore it as new.
