My husband has bluetooth enabled hearing aids. He had to open Settings > Bluetooth and connect them from there. Your hearing aid provider can help you. Otherwise search for your specific hearing aids online. You will likely find instructions there. But the hearing expert who sold my husband his aids spent time showing him how to use them and how to connect to bluetooth. Good luck!
