Blocked phone
my iPhone XR got blocked and I formâted it
now I have forgotten my Apple ID and can’t access the phone
please help. I can’t get rid of a brand new phone😫

Not brand new, surely? The XR is now an old model.
Take it back to the person who sold it because it seems they may have sold you an activation locked phone.
