Mac OS locked out

resonantly our Mac OS got locked out after reboot.

  1. Mac bound to AD works over last least 3 years from now. last few weeks got report after reboot user not able to log back on to the mac. is there a fix for that?
  2. works around, unbound and rebind back to AD and it's works, but if you dont reboot the Laptop you are ok, if you reboot it locked out again.
  3. another work around, logon using local acct if existed and logout right after login, now login using AD acct and works.

Hi there, DonnyTpham,

It sounds like you are having trouble getting logged into an administrator account on your Mac. If so, the steps outlined in the Apple Support article If you forgot your Mac login password - Apple Support will help in resetting the password to get you logged in.

If that does not address your issue, please do not hesitate to respond back with more details on what is occurring, including the macOS version you're using.

Have a great day!
