In my settings I am unable to open ICloud , Apple ID, media, and purchases. It seems I am locked and I need to unsubscribe from the app called “Criterion Channel”, and I can’t find a way to unsubscribe.

I have an iPhone 13, with updated iOS 15+.

I signed on to an app called “Criterion, Classic movies” and I couldn’t get it to work

or unsubscribe so I deleted the app. I kept getting emails telling my free trial was approaching on July 27th and my monthly payments would automatically be paid with my credit card. That I have to decide to unsubscribe’24 hours before the 27th to avoid charges. I downloaded the app from my cloud storage and now I have two Criterion apps both preparing to charge me and I am still unable to unsubscribe. I deleted both apps to see if it would help, it didn’t. This morning I found that in settings I cannot open the first setting next to my name: Apple ID , iCloud, media, and purchases. It is frozen. I tried to free it by rebooting, it’s still not opening. What can I do to remedy?

Hi, 7_Learnnow.

You can mange your subscriptions by going to Settings > [your name] > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone. If you are being billed through Apple, you should see the subscription(s) listed here.

The "How to cancel a subscription on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch" section of this article explains in detail: If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

Still not working? Try restarting your iPhone. Sometimes a simple restart can help with you're unable to get a specific section of Setting storage load.

Warmest Regards.
