Can I request/access a transcript or recording of phone calls?
I need to access information shared with me in a phone call. Can I access a transcript or recording of the call from Apple? How do I ask for one?

The only calls Apple records are those directly made by you to them and where they say this call may be recorded (e.g. as many companies do with support calls). Those calls are held by Apple and you’d need to contact Apple directly for any access to them, if they ever do so (I don’t know any company that shares such calls).
Other than you calling Apple though, Apple has no record of any kind of any calls you’ve made or received. Carriers are also not recording your calls, again unless you made one to their own support and they announced the call may be recorded at the start. Carriers don’t listen in or record their clients calls.
