My emails have Private Relay on even though I don’t have any plans

I noticed in my emails that I was being sent things to a weird looking Apple IDs and I was worried someone else had my account, but when I looked up the private relay part it says it’s a new function for iPhone. I didn’t purchase iCloud+ but this feature was put on my phone. How can I turn it off?
