Delete game data from game center?

everywhere is see people say just go to iClouds, go to manage storage, find the game center or the actual game and delete it. Question, what if the game icon isn’t there, nor is the Game Center icon itself? I obviously have the game saved somewhere when I log in, it signs in my Apple ID Game Center account and asks to sign in through Apple ID.
