Notes : Export to PDF from Mac

I have a lot of hand drawn notes which extend to more that a single printable page. I want to export to PDF but am having issues:

On my Mac - Export notes to PDF only delivers a single A4 sheet. Trying the print option (to then save as a PDF) only delivers a A4 sheet missing half the notes. However There is an option to scale the note which does work but again its an A4 sheet

On my iPad - the print version gives multiple A4 sheet output for the note but I cant see any obvious way of saving to PDF from that point

There doesn't seem to be anyway in which you can get a multiple page print/export option on the Mac?

I suspect its a bug but does anybody have any workaround without a third party app

Thanks. This is helpful.

One thing I would add is to get to the Save to files screen on the iPad I had to pinch out (2 fingers) on the thumbnail print preview. From the enlarged print preview I was able to Save to files using the share button and Save to files. (it also gives me the option to import to Acrobat too)
