In my parts and service history it is telling me about an issue with my Face ID .

How can I resolve it ?

If you're seeing an alert about an issue with Face ID, you can update your iOS first. If you still experience the same behavior, your iPhone may need service. You can learn more about this alert here: If an alert says Face ID has been disabled on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support
