Birthdays
When I try to add a second birthday in contacts on my iPhone 11, it comes up with the Hebrew, Islamic and Chinese calendars but no normal calendar! I can’t seem to change it. Just checking if anyone else has come across this?

Who has a second birthdate?
The reason you are not offered the Western/Gregorian calendar in your example is that this field is already occupied by the birth date entered. In "adding" another date you are observing the same day in a different calendar - Hebrew, Islamic or Chinese.
