I want to delete apple tv, podcasts and books from my mac book pro.
how do i delete these aps; apple tv, books, podcasts, i need space for the work i actually do and not this stuff i do not use?

The apps themselves take very little space, but if you choose to download media content, then that can add up, You can delete downloaded media content.
The TV app, the Books app, and the Podcasts app are integral part of macOS and are protected against deletion. You can remove them from the Dock, if these distract you there, but that doesn’t matter for disk space.

macOS High Sierra 10.13 doesn’t have any of these apps.
Books was new with Mojave 10.14, the TV app and Podcasts were new with Catalina 10.15.

Apple doesn’t want you to delete these. That doesn’t make it impossible (still difficult), but doing so would interfere with macOS integrity and any future system software updates, and you would be on your own for any resulting troubleshooting. Imo, not worth it on a production machine.
So,I guess there is not a soul out there that doesn't or hasn't had to deal with this issue, must be the first one ever, I am am winner.

You can manage large files on your Mac by going to the Apple menu > About This Mac > Storage > Manage... > Review Files. You can also manage various storage-saving measure on this page.
