Apple TV

When streaming Apple TV programming, the picture is larger than the tv screen. I can’t see the top, bottom or sides of the picture. Just started about two weeks ago. HELP!

Is this for the

  • Apple TV (720p) (2nd generation), A1378, 2010 model, 0.9 inch (2.3 cm) high
  • Apple TV 4K (2nd generation), A2169, 2021 model, 1.4 inch (3.6 cm) high.

Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support


Is the picture scrollable (4th generation or later)? Use Zoom to magnify the image on Apple TV - Apple Support

It may have been accidentally activated if zoom is set as part of the Accessibility Shortcut in your settings. To disable the shortcut, uncheck all its options.
