I bought iphone 11 on 28.05.2022.
I noticed on second day. I dont want to send it to technical service because the liquid protection will be disabled or it won’t be like it left the factory. But unfortunately apple support said there is no other solution.

Because no one wants a new product to be repaired. It’s not user error after all. I hope no more dust gets in it.
If dust is in it, then the seal has already been comprimised. Your only choice is to take it to Apple to have it repaired.
It was there when it came out of the box. In other words, are the products out of the new box sold without being tested?
No not every device is tested. Most likely every 50th or 100th phone coming off the line is tested. In a large production facility, it is impossible to test every unit.

Just take it to an Apple store and have them fix it, there is no harm in doing so.
