In the last few days, there is no sound when I try to use the Apple tv app. I have a Sony tv and use Firestick. I have to unplug everything, wait 30 seconds, plug it back in, and then I have sound. It's only on the Apple app. Does anyone have a solution? I know I'm not alone and Apple support is pretty much non-existent unless you own an Apple device.

The issue may be related to the audio setting on the Amazon Fire TV Stick. From the Amazon Fire TV Stick, go to Settings and turn off Dolby Digital+.
