My email messages are typing backwards on my ipad pro- what can I do?

Does this happen in multiple email accounts?

Does this happen in multiple apps?

If it’s only happening in the Mail app then follow the steps in the article below.

If an app unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open.

If the issue continues in Mail, try deleting the email account then adding it back in: Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
