someone is logged into their apple id in the apps (the app) and i cant update this app (tiktok) and i really need to i csnt update it bc i need their password and they dont know the password can you please help?

If this were just the app… Delete the app and re-download, and it’ll be under your Apple ID.
If the transfer of ownership from their Apple ID to yours was never performed, then this isn’t the only issue that will arise.
