How to Delete ‘sent from my iPhone’ no Mail app
How do you delete ‘sent from my iPhone’ on Outlook when there isn’t a Mail app in Settings? I’m using iPhone 13 with latest download.

If you are using iOS 15, you should have the option to go to Settings > Mail
On my phone it's the 5th group down, right under Passwords
Inside there, near the bottom is a Signature item that can be changed
Or in the outlook app, which for me default to 'get outlook for iOS'.. You find that by tapping your icon in the upper left, settings gear in the lower left, then Signature item is near the top
