Viber Video Not Downloading

Images and Files were downloaded but only the video was not downloaded on mac, can anyone explain what can i do?

FCPX video import error "No importable files" FCPX giving me this error on 1 video file "No importable files. None of the selected files or folders can be imported. Change the selection and try again." It seems there isn't any info on the file and it wont open in Quick time or any other media player. File was in a interview sequence with 3 other videos, no problems with the others. Images attached, HELP!
