hello, I accidentally deleted the number in the last calls, can I get it back? There is a feature like trash in the photos, is there a similar thing in the call logs?

Perhaps.
Log into your Carrier's site. You may be able to retrieve the info from there. Doing so, myself, I can see my call logs just fine going back 90 days. But, for the note, the messages are not seen.

You can contact your cellular carrier and ask them for a detailed list of incoming/outgoing phone calls.
