you have a bunch of options for earphones, I will also list some headphones
1 - Apple EarPods with lightning adapter
2 - Apple EarPods with 3.5mm Adapter, paired with the Apple 3.5mm to lightning adapter
3 - Apple 3.5mm to lightning adapter with non-apple wired earphones (e.g. Sony, Beats, JBL, etc)
4 - Apple 3.5mm to lightning adapter with non-apple wireless earphones (e.g. Sony, Sennheiser, Bose, beyerdynamic, audio-technica, etc.)
5 - Apple AirPods
6 - Apple AirPods Max
7 - For headphones, you can go with wireless ones from well-known companies like JBL, wired headphones are usually the ones with better sound and quality
