How can I remove the word "COMPLICATIONS" from my watch face?
This just appeared on my face and I can't remove it when modifying the "face"

It sounds like you are still seeing the edit mode for editing complications. If you haven't already, restart both your Apple Watch and paired iPhone to see if fresh connections help to resolve this:
