High Sierra Boot Disk Problem

I have followed Apple's instructions to the "T" about how to create a High Sierra Boot Disk, and yet I get an error message in terminal: "Error erasing disk". I manually erase my flash drive with Disk Utility & try again, but no go??

I can't install High Sierra Hello, the HDD of my 2011 Mac Mini died. I got an SSD and when trying to install High Sierra I get an error. If I try to format the disk with the Apple tool I get this message: Your disk could not be formatted. So I took it out and formatted it on my other mac, using journaled Mac OS Plus. Now when I try to install I get this message (IMAGE). Please help!

Unable to reinstall macOS High Sierra on my iMac with "About -405 seconds remaining" error Hi, I’ve formatted a 2011 iMac, and now when I try to reinstall its iOS (Sierra) it keeps giving me an “about -405 seconds remaining” and then nothing happens. Trying to perform a clean install on my 2013 Macbook Air and I'm unable to Prior to wiping it clean, my 2013 Macbook Air was running MacOS Sierra. Trying to reboot into Internet Recovery Mode (Option + Command + R) and receiving an error (apple.com/support and beneath the link it says -5101F). Going into Recovery Mode (Command + R), it brings me to disk utility. I'm unable to "Reinstall MacOS Sierra" as it keeps sending a notification stating "An error has occurred while preparing the installation" The left pane in the Disk Utility window shows the following: (Internal) APPLE SSD SM0128G MEDIA OS X BASE SYSTEM (Disk Images) Apple disk image Media OS X BASE SYSTEM So, no Macintosh HD. I've tried numerous things and am at a complete loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

sudo fuser -c /dev/disk2s2

macos - Error: -69888: Couldn't unmount disk - Ask Different (stackexchange.com)
