How can I get my xbox apple tv disabled reversed

I watch apple tv on my xbox, it says my account was disabled, and to contact support, I follow the online steps and it asks for a serial number to speak with support. I enter my xbox serial number and it wont accept it. I cant speak to someone without it asking for my serial number. How else can I get my account enabled again? apple needs to fix this issue, this is why I dont use apple products.
