Apple’s approach to sharing is called Family Sharing.

One of the group members would take on the role of organizer. The organizer sends invitations from his/her Mac, iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch to the Apple ID accounts of the other group members. Once they accept, then the group can share shareable things, like an Apple TV+ subscription.

One option in Family Sharing settings is: Purchase Sharing. This allows the sharing of buy items, e.g. movies from the iTunes Store. Purchase Sharing also charges all group purchases to the organizer — so this option may not be suitable for every group.
