Screen rotation

My phone screen wont rotate and the icon to fix it it not there.

Which model iPhone do you have?

The rotation lock is in the Control Center:

Apps, settings, and features that you can use from Control Center - Apple Support

Access Control Center on your iPhone and iPod touch - Apple Support
