Since the refund would be going into your bank account, it'd have come from your bank card.

If you paid through wireless carrier billing, it normally takes up to 60 days and wouldn't come to your bank. If the financial institution rejected or couldn't process the refund, ask them or check your iTunes Store credit balance.
