I forgot my iPhone screen passcode. I entered the wrong password several times and now the phone is in the status: unavailable. Please help me unlock the screen. I have photos there that were not synchronized in the cloud. I can provide you with all information about the phone, box, etc.

You can reset your iCloud password if and only if you know the old password. You may change your iPhone’s passcode if you know the old passcode as well.

Because that passcode only exists on the device and is use as the encryption key for the data on the phone. If there was a way to bypass it, it would be completely useless as a security measure.
Your photos may well not be on a backup. If they are, after doing the above:
