Apple solo admite dos monitores con M1.
Más monitorea (cuatro) necesita M1 Pro, M1 Max, o M1 Ultra.
That’s the limit of the M1 hardware.
M1 supports two monitors, and one is always the internal with a laptop.
If you need up to four monitors (one of which is always internal on laptops), you need an M1 Pro, Mas, or Ultra.

Because Apple designed the 13" MacBook Pro for one external monitor only. If you wanted a MacBook Pro which can run more external monitors then you should have purchased a 14" or 16" MacBook Pro M1 Pro or M1 Max.
