I can’t answer my phone or access the apps
I can’t access my i phone 13. When I click on the apps nothing happens. I can’t answer it when it rings or dial out. It won’t let me power it off. I can use it in my car on Bluetooth only.

Try a forced restart.
• Press and quickly release the volume up button
• Press and quickly release the volume down button
• Press and hold the side button.
• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
