Snapchat not working

Hey. Not so long ago I made a very big mistake. I deleted my old Snapchat account so I could create a new one. After I did that Snapchat started acting weird. It crashed all the time, and group chats is nearly useless because everyone’s name is Unknown user. I also can’t skip snaps, so if I see a picture or a video that goes on repeat, I need to restart the app. I also can’t access the groups home screen to see who is member or saved photoes. That was on an iPhone 11. At the end it became to irritating that I bought a new phone. I upgraded to a iPhone 13 pro max. But of course the problem was still there. I have found out that is only new accounts that is effected by this. When I tryed logging in to many of my friends accounts it worked fine. And on android my account worked fine. I think I have made 10 new accounts on iPhone se, iPhone 8, two iphone 11 and my new iphone 13. The issue was the same on all of them. It has been like this for over two weeks. Also I think is wired that there was no articles about this, since is seems that this if effecting all iPhone users. Please help.
