Cannot Hide Keyboard to Activate Phone

If you haven't already, restart your iPhone and go through the steps to activate it again. Restarting can resolve many odd issues. If you're not able to restart it from this screen, force restart it instead. Both steps can be found here: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

i have the same issue with my phone. Why should it be so hard to activate the phone? Is it a glitch already that should make us send back our phones? It does not make sense that people are having this issue with a brand new piece of expensive tech. It’s a button that’s stops the entire quick setup process. It’s infuriating!

I went down to the Verizon store, it took the manager 40 minutes to get it to work. He said there really wasn’t anything we could do on our end. Thank goodness for Kyle!
