How do I consolidate two Icloud accounts?

I spilled a full glass of water on my old Mac Pro (accidentally). The computer is probably gone, it was old, 2015 vintage, so the repair was going to cost as much as a new one. No repair, but I am contacting shops to recover the stuff in the hard drive and was trying to open up my iCloud drive in a new laptop.

I seem to have opened a NEW Icloud account which I do not need, cos I already have one.

How do I consolidate two Icloud accounts or open the existing iCloud account on the new computer?

iCloud accounts cannot be consolidated, merged or united in any way. Not entirely clear what you did to create a new one, but to access your current iCloud account, you can simply log in to https://icloud.com with the email and password you use for that account.

Unless you manually select the option to create a new account, you won't create a new one.
