NO "NOT JUNK" BUTTON

So I made the error of "upgrading" to Monterey.... and a bunch of open Level 2 support tickets because of all the myriad problems I've had with Monterey but on the topic of no "not junk" button, I have seen lots of discussion here about this topic but what if the email is already in your inbox, incorrectly marked as junk (light brown), there's seems to be no obvious way to just mark it as "not junk" like previous OS's? I tried sending it to junk to see if I could unmark it from there but it's not in there and I haven't found it anywhere else. No idea why there is no "undo" as it was greyed out?

Any help is much appreciated as my mail is a total train wreck now with previous rules ignored just like most of the new ones... 22 years of Apple and I feel I'm near done.

It's right there in the toolbar. I don't think I added it, later.

If it is not in the default toolbar, you can add it by ctrl-clicking on the toolbar and choose Customize Toolbar…

Drag that button to the toolbar where you want it.
