Cleaner pro messed up my contacts, help please

Instead of just deleting duplicates, the app combined all similar names. For instance, any dr is all under dr and I cannot tell who is who. My brother texts me but shows up as my nephew. I have cousins and friends with the same first or last name and the app combined all in one contact. For example, all Smiths are under one contact instead of the 5 different cell phone numbers for my 5 different cousins named smith.
