Words with friends deleted app and lost data

Words withdrawal kept freezing on iPhone 11 so I deleted app and reinstalled and lost years of data. Can I retrieve it

Some apps allow you to back up data using iCloud or Facebook. I don't know if the app in question allows that or if you took advantage of that option if it does. You should contact the developer of the app and ask if they have such an option and how you would check to see if your data was backed up.
