I have Cox email. When I attempt to set up an email account on my macbook pro with cox, it says that they can't verify my account. I have changed my password with cox but with no success. Anyone have a similar problem and solution?

Of course they want to blame Apple. But Apple has nothing to do with a 3rd party mail provider. Cox needs to help you out here.
