I have Cox email. When I attempt to set up an email account on my macbook pro with cox, it says that they can't verify my account. I have changed my password with cox but with no success. Anyone have a similar problem and solution?

You should contact Cox Account Management for help with their mail service.

Of course they want to blame Apple. But Apple has nothing to do with a 3rd party mail provider. Cox needs to help you out here.

Thanks. I’ve been on the phone with them two times today. They of course want to blame it on my Apple products. Just wanna be sure I’m not missing anything.
