Changed sims card from broken phone and trying to get it to work in old phone. IT is displaying this Support.apple.com/iphone.restore and wont restore

When you tried to restore the device. did you use a computer? Did you see a restore error? If so, there are a number of reasons that can happen. I could be an issue with a USB port or the connection to the iPhone, or could be related to the cable you're connecting with.
