If you go the the Apple Store (Apple.com) and start the process to purchase an iPhone 13 pro 256 gb, you will see an option regarding trade in. Follow the prompts to see what the trade in value for your old phone is. I’ve done this many times. Once you get the info you want, it is easy to back out since you are not at the payment or delivery options yet.
