No Zoom Button in Settings, Privacy, Microphone.

This is a reverse question, as I had the same problem, and do not see it answered fully in community support. I even took my iPad to the Apple store, and they could not figure it out

If Zoom cannot access your microphone, it will tell you to go to Settings>Privacy>Microphone, and turn on the button to all the Zoom App access.

However, you might find that the Zoom button is not there. A possible reason is that you need to go to Settings>Screen Time>Content and Privacy Restrictions>Microphone, and change the setting to “Allow Changes”. I do not think most people would expect that the Screen Time tab is given a higher level of control than the Privacy tab, determining whether apps can even request to have privacy restrictions lifted.
