Refund - Credit Note

I was granted for a refund for a yearly subscription that was done by mistake.

I then received an email stating it’s a credit note instead of a refund to the visa account it was billed to.

please kindly advise when will the money reflect on my visa account or if this is just a credit note that will be stuck on Apple store because if it’s a credit note, what am I supposed to do with a credit note of R679?
