Money deducted from account but order was not placed

Placed an order for lightning connector earphones, money was deducted but the order never got placed and there’s never any confirmation. Apple services asks me to get in touch with my bank and you partner but the payment is successful on their end and even in my upi application I can see that the merchant has received the amount. All the services tell me is that they have not captured the funds. Highly disappointed
