My new iPhone SE is not ringing - just vibrating. What do I need to do?

How do I get my new iPhone to ring? I’ve gone to Sounds and Haptics and selected ringtone, but there is still no sound when I ring the number.

Thanks WheelieNick and Dilbert41. Not sure which advice worked, but I can now hear my iPhone ringing! 😀

Have you checked the Mute switch on the side of the phone ?
