Heat issue

On my air5 I got heat issue on watching you tube and Netflix

While playing COD it's normal

This is factory fault or not

It is not unusual for an iPad or its Power Adapter to become warm (or very warm) when being used or during charging - more so when using some types of iPad case. High screen brightness and/or CPU intensive Apps (such as COD) will also create more heat.


The key point is that whilst your iPad and Power Adapter may become very warm in normal use, neither should become uncomfortably hot to handle.


If you have any concerns, you might be well advised to visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to test and assess your iPad:
