Apple Receipts Shows Old Billing Address

When I get my monthly email receipt from Apple for iCloud services, it has the correct Shipping address but an old Billing address. My Apple Card, which is used to make the monthly payments, does have the correct address. It has been at least three months since I began using the card, but the old address still shows up. How do I change the billing address?
