Sign on screen at startup

I would like to know how to turn off the preference to quit the sign-on screen when I open my MacBook Air ?

Systems Settings Opens on Startup on my Mac I am running OSX 13.4.1 Ventura. My MacBook Pro has the M1 Max chip and is a 2021 model. Every time I restart, I see the Systems Settings pane. It is not listed in my Login Items, so I cannot remove it that way. Is there some way to stop it from loading?
