Unfortunately, the phone is probably worthless if you do not know your Apple ID and Password which is the same info that iCloud requires.
Do you have your original sales receipt for the phone from an authorized Apple reseller, picture ID, etc? If yes, you might be able to get Apple to remove the lock on the phone. Make an appointment at an Apple Store or Apple Service shop.
